If Guest provides any photographs, documents, recordings, writings, or other content for possible inclusion in CrimeDeskTV programming (“Guest Materials”):

• Guest represents and warrants that Guest either owns all rights in the Guest Materials or has obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents to allow Producer to use them as described in this Agreement.

• Guest grants Producer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt, edit, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, and create derivative works from the Guest Materials, solely in connection with CrimeDeskTV programming and related promotion.

• Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Producer harmless from any claims arising from Producer’s use of the Guest Materials in accordance with this Agreement.
